    And i think he's gonna be had for cheap. There's a reason guys like Ibaka/WCS opted back in to their contracts. The $ just isn't there for role playing big men. Would love for it to be Noel, but I think he might have more suitors.

    Bringing back an old friend in Nic Batum spelling the end of Melo in Pdx but IF were including our own FA's then Norm is the obvious one

    (I'm interpreting OP's question as "...by the Blazers", given the Powell mention. The first signing in the league will be someone like Kawhi to the Clips or CP3 to the Suns or something.)
