I think the fans should all bring marshmallows to the game, and chuck them onto the court when he's introduced.
Wait, you want to fist Aldridge with marshmallows?!? I don't think I want to join but I would love to photograph it.
How far can you throw a marshmallow though? I think that we'll need to pound sand into the center of the marshmallows. barfo
sly. The problem with my suggestion is, you KNOW Portland fans are too soft to do that kind of shit. He should be pelted by 20K marshmallows.
Portland is know for having some of the most passionate, intelligent and classy fans in all of sports, I wouldn't want us to throw anything at a player.
I think he should be greeted like any other player from another team. He is not, nor will he ever be, a part of the Blazers family. He is nobody. I would, however, like everyone who owns a LaMarcus jersey to box them up and send them back to him. I don't need it anymore when he can't even acknowledge the Portland fans, I don't care what the franchise did to hurt his little feelings. Ultimately the only reason any of these players have jobs is because there are fans. We never meant anything at all to him... He doesn't deserve any special attention good or bad. He's just another player.
