Fran Merida

After watching the you tube videos of Fran Merida i think its safe to say that Fran Merida can become "Cesc Fabregas Upgraded". I'm not quite sure about his passing but i can tell that his skill on the ball and long range shooting already looks better than that of Fabregas. He also seems to have a stronger build compared to Fab at that age.

However those are just sample videos and i know it will be much more difficult for him against an 11 man English premiership opposition. Let's hope that the Arsenal training Camp make the best use of this young lad.

For those of you who maybe asking why I'm comparing him to Cesc, its because i think there is a resemblance in the way they play and most likely they will also be competing for the same Central Midfielder spot. (Although Fran seems more attacking and Cesc seems more like a playmaker; so who knows they may play better together)

The Future looks bright indeed!

His long range shooting seems awesome. The guy seems to want to shoot the ball on goal every time he's clear. This is the sort of player Arsenal have been missing.

It's a bit of a biased video, showing only his goals and tricks. It doesn't show his passing or movement off the ball. He might be a retard where those are concerned, lol. Plus, dodgy goal keeping for those long range strikes? Surely a little.

If he were a retard why would Wenger (The best coach in the world for picking out future stars IMO) sign him. Sure theres a possibility he has some weak spots but none that Wenger and his expert team can't sort out
