The French Football Federation have suspended their 23-man World Cup squad after their abysmal performance in the 2010 tournament. The World Cup squad will miss their friendly against Norway on 11 August. The French squad refused to train during the World Cup after Anelka was sent home for insulting ex-coach Domenech. French captain Evra also fell-out with the Fitness coach Robert Duverne which was caught on camera. The FFF President Jean-Pierre Escalettes also resigned that day calling the behavior as "completely stupid".
