Decent debut for Marbury.. Kudos to him, hopefully he can keep it up and not disrupt the team chemistry. But judging from that picture.. Rondo doesn't seem too comfortable with him! hahahaha Marbury just doesn't have the credibility anymore after all he's done and what he's been through Rondo is like, "Er.. ok, could you please leave.." hahahha the look on his face is really funny! However, hope the Marbury Rondo thing works, Rondo is great and Marbury shouldn't take minutes away from Rondo.. Go Celtics!!
Marbury is not that old, but he knows a lot. The dude is a very good player and I don't understand why everyone thinks he sucks. I wear his jersey proudly and I know he can contribute to any team.
Marbury was great last night even after not playing for 13 months. At least now we have 2 'real' point guards, and we have 1 who can shoot from anywhere on the floor and is not afraid to shoot it, which is more important.
Marbury is a good player. He proved it against Indiana shooting 4/6 for 8 pts with 3 assists and 1 steal. All this after being a bum for the last 13 months... He's really good! But I think the mentality of these Celts are different from what he has shown his whole career. I read somewhere that he's reaaaally selfish and that does not mesh with the Celts Ubuntu philosophy.. but I hope he has matured and can adapt to this big change. If he does, Celtics can surely go for Back to BAck Championships easily!
