    Bright spot this season has got to be Gary Trent at this point. Dude is pulling some of the toughest defensive assignments and is playing tough every night.

    Justin Termine on NBA radio thinks the Lakers and Clippers would rather play the Blazers in the first round over the Pelicans. Reason is Pels play at a faster pace, They have a deeper bench and they are more athletic.

    I'll answer that. Right now? No
    Bring back three starters and i would change my opinion pretty quick. The Blazers all the sudden become a pretty deep team.

    Without Dame, of course the Pelicans are better. With Dame I think it's even.

    @PtldPlatypus has already written it in stone that the Pelicans will get the 8th seed.
