Ante Zizic and Cedi Osman posted double-doubles as the Cleveland Cavaliers ran away from the Washington Wizards 72-59 in the Las Vegas Summer League opener for both teams Friday at Cox Pavillion. Zizic, who shot 8-of-16 from the field, totaled 16 points, 14 rebounds and five assists. Osman was only 5-of-15 shooting but still finished with 15 points, 10 rebounds and four steals.
