A 31-19 first quarter advantage for Miami really set the tone in this game, as the Heat dominated the rest of the contest. In fact, Miami led by 19 points at the half and by 29 points heading into the fourth quarter, with the game never getting within a 12-point margin following the first quarter. Ball movement was critical for the Heat, considering they recorded 27 assists while the Lakers mustered up just 14 of their own.
