The Miami Heat broke open a halftime tie with a prolific third quarter on their way to a 98-90 win over the Utah Jazz in the Las Vegas Summer League at Thomas and Mack Center on Tuesday afternoon. The two teams matched each other basket for basket in the first half, leading to a 47-47 halftime deadlock. However, the Heat (1-2) came out of intermission playing superior ball on both ends of the court, outscoring the Jazz (1-2), 30-19. While Utah ultimately outshot Miami by a 46.9 percent-39.0 percent margin, the Heat’s 90.0 percent success rate on 30 free-throw attempts (compared to 12 for the Jazz) proved pivotal to their success. read more http://www.nba.com/games/20180710/UTAMIA#/sl-recap
