The Charlotte Hornets blew out the Golden State Warriors, 87-69, in Las Vegas Summer League at Thomas and Mack Center on Wednesday evening. Charlotte struck first and never looked back, preventing the Warriors from ever gaining the lead in the game. Relatively strong jump shooting helped the Hornets jump out to a 10-point lead in the first quarter.
