The Golden State Warriors defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 77-71 in the Las Vegas Summer League opener for both teams Friday at Thomas and Mack Center. In a back-and-forth affair that saw 13 lead changes, 13 ties and each team win two quarters, the Clippers pulled to within one on two Sindarius Thornwell free throws with 52 seconds remaining.
