How often does a team have a "must-win" this early in the season? Pretty often because this is already the Bulls third must-win game of the year. Unfortunately, they lost the first two.

I don't want to call a likely lose a must win.

It would be quite promising if they could pull this one off.

I need to see something out of Ben Wallace tonight.

I think the deal with a must win is that it's a must win whether it's a likely lose or not. :|

Re: NBA: DETROIT (3-0) at CHICAGO (0-4)

Yeah, its a must win. This team needs a win. if we win now, we're just going to be down 2.5 games out of first place in the division. Just win a few games, 2 of 3, 4 of 6, etc...that compounds, and we're right back in the running.

Hopefully Skiles grows a brain, and plays Aaron Gray. It makes NO SENSE, whatsoever to not play Gray. He was our best overall player besides Deng in preseason, better than Hinrich, Tyrus, and the likes. He drew a foul in his two minutes in the game when he was in there...something our other bigs can't really do.

Skiles needs to realize that he is our only center. The 6'7" and 6'8" Wallace and Thomas aren't centers. Joe Smith isn't a center. Joakim Noah isn't a center, he's too skinny. Gray is our only guy that can match up with other centers in the league.

Skiles needs to end the entitlements. He is playing guys based on reps. Wallace because he is the NBA 4 time defensinve player of the year, Noah because he was the lottery draft pick...yet Gray straight up outplayed these guys in preaseason...yet when it comes to the actual games, Noah and Wallace get minutes over Gray...and they keep getting minutes despite doing absolutely nothing positive when on the court. Give Gray a chance, as least he cares unlike Wallace, and isn't a complete idiot like Noah.

Must win is a little extreme, no?

This isn't must win, but this game is incredibly important. If our guys ever show up this season then there's a chance that this game contributes to a tie breaker.

Hey Vintage! I'm glad you found this place, though I'm not glad for all the weirdness today. We're still a work in progress here, but there are actually a ton of cool features. Hope you'll try it out.
