NL: NY METS (31-17) at FLORIDA (23-26) <h3>Resurgent Delgado, Mets go for sweep of Marlins</h3> <div class="pre">Ny Mets (31-17) at Florida (23-26) 1:05 pm EDT</div> MIAMI (Ticker) -- Carlos Delgado awoke from his season-longslumber on Saturday night. It is a good thing he did because theNew York Mets could really use his bat right about now. Delgado and the Mets aim for a three-game sweep of the FloridaMarlins on Sunday. The 34-year-old Delgado hit two home runs and drove in aseason-high five runs as the Mets posted a 7-2 win on Saturday.They were the first homers in 47 at-bats for Delgado, who hadjust three homers in his first 44 games. It is great timing for New York since leadoff man Jose Reyesmired in a 3-for-23 slump and David Wright in just 2-for-19 inhis last five games. In addition to that Moises Alou is still onthe disabled list and Shawn Green is out indefinitely with afractured foot. Meanwhile, the man doing the pitching will be Jorge Sosa (3-1,3.75 ERA), who is looking to rebound from his first poor startof the season. Sosa allowed five runs and six hits in fourinnings of a 8-1 loss to Atlanta on Tuesday. The Marlins will counter by sending Scott Olsen (4-3, 4.76) tothe mound. Olsen beat the Mets the last time he faced them,yielding two earned runs and 10 hits in six innings on April 30.The lefthander has been pitching well surrendering no more thanthree runs in each of his last three outings.
