I believe we're a stronger team than the Bucks and we'll have a better overall record when its all said and done, but they definitely have the potential to stick it to us tonight. We just came off a longer-than-it-should-have-been OT win over the fastbreak Warriors. That's bound to have left us a bit fatigued. And on top of that, this will be Milwaukee's home opener and they could get a boost from their crowd (it's a longshot, but you never know). This team's record the past couple years has overshadowed the individual talent they have at every position. There are some quality players on this roster that have been waiting for someone to make use of them. Taking them lightly would be a mistake. The Bucks present a challenge at every single position, except for the PG spot. I don't want to knock Luke Ridnour to much, but he's not as significant an offensive threat as Andre Miller or Stephen Jackson were. As a result, I think the Raptors really need Jose to take advantage tonight. His defensive problems shouldn't be as huge a liability tonight and he really has the potential to shift the balance of the game in our favour. He played an excellent game against the Warriors, initiating the offense early and running the high pick-and-roll, but I'd like to see him look for his own shot a bit more too. We all know he's excellent shooter and when he hits those shots, it becomes that much easier for him to run our offense. Despite a strong training camp and preseason, Kris Humphries has really been the victim of Smitch's shortened rotation and the improved play of Andrea Bargnani. The Bucks have a much stronger frontcourt than the Warriors with more bodies than the Sixers had, so I see potential minutes for him tonight. The key will be for him to pick up where he left off in the preseason and not give into the tendency to do too much after having been inactive for two games.
STARTING LINEUPS

Jose Calderon - Anthony Parker - Jamario Moon - Chris Bosh - Jermaine O'Neal Luke Ridnour - Michael Redd - Richard Jefferson - Charlie Villanueva - Andrew Bogut

KEY MATCHUP

Jermaine O'Neal vs. Andrew Bogut
Unlike past Milwaukee teams, the Bucks now seem to recognize the importance of running the ball through the post. Andrew Bogut has been one of the more under-the-radar big men over the past couple years and ignoring his potential impact on this game would be a mistake. Despite not giving much offensively last night, Jermaine has played consistently strong defense for us since the season started. And he'll have to continue that tonight. Michael Redd and Richard Jefferson are so much more deadly when we have to worry about sending a double at Bogut. If O'Neal can handle him by himself (the same applies to Bargnani when he's in), AP and Jamario can focus on simply shutting their marks down.
LEO RAUTINS' INSIGHTFUL THOUGHT OF THE DAY

The Raps should keep wearing black and Bas should keep posting girls until we lose. It seems to be working so far. Game in an Hour for the Golden State game is on at 5PM today.

Shit man, that's a drag. There was this site I used to use, but they shut it down recently. You might be stuck to radio/yahoo.
