I didn't get much sleep last night. Was still thinking about the Cavs game and how bad it was. I can put that game behind me now, but I thought we win and be really confident coming into tonight's game, but now there are doubts.

GS is 20-24. They have 38 games left. I say they go 25-13 the remainder of the season and end up with a 45-37 record and the 8th seed. Woo hoo!!!!!

If we lose to lowly ATL, then it will likely be the Beginning of the End
    [IMG].

OTOH if Mullin comes on the radio and gives an interview about how he's waiting for JRich to come back and he'll never trade him while injured and that he's going to sit down and evaluate with Rod Higgins how this team is shaping up the rest of the season, you can stick a fork in it [IMG].

Atlanta is better than their record. They've been decimated by injuries this season. First it was Marvin Williams, then Childress, then Tyronn Lue then Joe Johnson, then Josh Smith. Not to mention that Speedy is always in and out of the lineup. Now Atlanta is healthy again and have won 6 of 10.

Hopefully the team is fired up and ready to play. I was really hoping that they beat the Cavs last night because I am expecting a loss to Atlanta.

It's not listed as being on TV. I mean really, who wants to see Warriors vs. Atlanta? [IMG]

Anyway, Warriors are shooting 58.1% but are down 6 in 2nd qtr? Man, the defense must be non-existent.

There must be some type of exception where if you are out of the playoffs for a decade you get the number 1 pick or something until you make the playoffs.

Wow this team cannot play defense. The Warriors gave up 40 points in the second quarter. Right now with 8:36 left in the third the Warriors are down 76-56...well now 78-56...

I thought the Warriors were somewhat decent on defense before the trade. They just couldn't rebound. Now they can't rebound or defend or something. Man I wish I could see what is going on.

    Warriors - Hawks
    Turnovers: 6 - 9
    Fast Break Pts: 17 - 8
    Biggest Lead: 3 - 19
    Unanswered Pts: 8 - 8
    Points in the Paint: 42 - 28

Hmm, my these stats the Warriors seem to be doing pretty good minus the biggest lead stat. They are getting points in the paint and fast break points and limited turnovers. I guess it comes down to defensive boards and getting a hand in the shooter's face. The Hawks are definitley not getting anything inside.

What it comes down to is that Golden State is probably the worst defensive team in the NBA. They shot 57% in the 1st half with only 4 turnovers and yet they were still down 14 points? That means they probably didn't get a single stop on the defensive end. Atlanta -- ATLANTA -- scored 70 points in the first half, lol. GS has no defense whatsoever, and Beans needs some fukin help inside. Teams are just LIGHTING UP the Warriors like it's a shooting drill in practice. Sad.

The difference is caused by the 3's the Hawks are bombing on the Warriors.

The Warriors are crap. This was a must win and they didn't even show up defensively at all. Must be that hotel food. Whatever it is.. this team is silly.

    GS Warriors = Crap
