Personally speaking I have the most hope for Buster, I think the Mauer comparison is spot on and would be awesome. A scouting report for Villalona and Alderson- http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/minorleagues/prospects/y2009/profile.jsp?t=p_top&pid=505830 Angel Villalona http://www.minorleaguebaseball.com/milb/events/draft_report/y2007/tracker.jsp?mc=alderson Tim Alderson
Exciting times. A year ago us G's fans had no hope in the farm system. Now the future looks bright. I doubt any of those prospects make the big club this season but I guess I can't complain too much watching Lincecum and Sandoval. Maybe Cain will get some godamn run support this year?
hell yeah i hope sandoval can establish himself as a top player this season, and i pray that rafael rodriguez comes around as well.
