PFF had him ranked 9th for OL and called him a freakin steal for the Giants. Good size 6'5 speed 4.69 It will be nice for Carter to have guys pushing him. He needs to step up big time this season. It's year 3 for him. Ximines I thought looked much better as a pass rusher in his rookie year than Carter.
