Yep so I bought some tickets for less then 40 dollars for SNF tonight. ITs going to be my first live NFL game since preseason as a little kid. I guess people are trying to get rid of these tickets because of the weather. 28 Farenheit possible snow showers and high winds, should be fun...! Any advice lol

Dress warm, many layers. Bring multiple blankets. Multiple thermoses with hot fluids.

Maybe bring some wood so you can start a fire to keep warm in the parking lot after you get snowed in and can't go anywhere.

LOL I wish I could go tonight. I don't have any clue where to get tickets.

My dad wouldn't go anyway. Even though he went to the Chicago-Giants game last year in SNF.

No matter how warm you think you are dressed, it's not enough.

You braved the cold, the wet, the freezing wind and the damn shuttle bus and probably didn't get home until two in the morning.

The Giants really screwed you with that terrible game.

yea it was definetely a hard game to watch, watching shockey go down was saddening. I keep telling people, Eli isn;t that bad. After seeing him live in action he definetely didn;' help me out lol. I mean I blame the WR like 90% on that game Toomer, Plax, JACOBS, every drop was more disheartening then the next.

Overall I had a great time BUT I was really discouraged to see the lack of energy by Giants fans. They should definetely drop the ticket prices and get some more blue collar fans up in there. It disgusted me to see people walk out in the 2nd quarter! Rich snobs! Lack of energy, the only time people would pipe up was on third downs, and not all of them either. Go to Seattle or Philly and try to hear yourself. IO was just REALLY disappointed by that.

It was cold, but the layers weren't the problem it was the ice underneath our feet by the third quarter my shoes were soaked. I live in the Pocono's so got home at 2:30 AM!

Would I go to another Giants game, yes, but I definetely would rather go to a Hockey game any day. So much more fan enthusiasm. Giants fans need to realize that 31 teams get screwed over every year not only us hell Eli has lead us to the playoffs in teh last 2 years, barely, but he finds a way to win. Less ragging on Eli and more ragging on drop balls and a statistically good but oppurtunistically vacant running game. 3rd and 7 is a hobby for teh Giants this year.

Yea, I know what you mean about the fans. We have the same problem up here with the Maple Leafs. Both teams have strong fanbases, but not enough real fans get the opportunity to attend games because of the prices. As a result you get some premature booing and a lacklustre home crowd (I think the Giants' home record reflects that).

How was the wind? Watching the game, I got the impression that it was very tough to throw because of the weather. If that's the case, you really got to wonder what Gillbride was thinking by calling so many passing plays (especially when Jacobs was averaging over 5 ypc).

Hopefully we take care of business against Buffalo.

The wind got worse as the day progressed. Like mid 3rd was the worst. The ball didn't have such a strong zip but it wasn't as bad or excusable for the performance. At the same time, they had to pass and most of those mid range runs 7-12 yards were because of the shotgun formation and the skins not expecting the run. The problem is they ran to the left 85% of the time It was quite frustrating, game by game Gillbride keeps making worse and worse calls. Not enough downfield stuff.
