How many of you really lose sleep or have been in a bad mood since we get swept and Dame looks trash ? I’m devasted.

Im a really die hard blazer Fan. Here in Brasil the games always start between 11-mid night. So it’s a late night game for me. I really wanna believe that pelicans are a terrible match up and we are just a young team. But really... it’s hard to believe in all thoses lies. Damian Lillard is the reason I start like basketball. For real.

How you guys handle it? I’m
A fan since the game Portland x Spurs that Dame drop 42 and we beat them. That’s my room wall.

I hope we back strong next year. I gotta a feeling Dame and CJ will bounce back. Always RipCity!

I've lost confidence in Lillard. Dont really want CJ here anymore as a result of these last 4 games.

    Season was an abject failure

So absolutely silly. When Stotts has Dame dribble constantly into double teams at half court involving Jrue Holiday and Anthony Davis, you expect good results? When Stotts has him create everything off the dribble with 3 defenders showing to him every dribble, what is he supposed to do? When Stotts doesn't have sets that utilize Dame off the ball and has a stagnant offense by design, without having them run in transition, you expect good results?

If Stotts had a slightly better roster with a better system that stopped teams from loading up on Dame, he would've been absolutely great in this series.

Dame still played like shit, great defense be damned. I'm not giving any free passes on this team, they were fucking horrible. I have a lot less confidence in Dame, he should be able to do something. He had a horrendous series, no other way around it.

There's literally nothing else Dame could've done. He had a horrendous series because he was put in a position with no chance at individual success.

Hang in there Bro. The hate is hard to read, but Dame is as driven an athlete as you will see, and he will do everything in his power to help this team succeed going forward. Remember the fun times from this year, and know that this team is young and developing, and when they do succeed, it will be all the sweeter. The late eighties Blazer team with Drexler, Porter, Kersey went through the same playoff failures, including a sweep by the Lakers before Buck Williams was added in a trade, and then they went on to the Finals. I like the possibilities going forward with Dame at the helm. Relax Bro, it'll be alright.

That's not something a first team all NBAer should make as an excuse. Hes a point guard, pass the ball or make a play or be a leader. Dame folded under pressure.

Get real, he DID pass the freakin' ball. He shot poorly, it happens. Get over it.

No, look, you have to understand we got 49 wins and 3rd in the west. We won the toughest division in the league. You can't overreact because of 4 loses. We're in the 3rd year of the rebuild. We're ahead of schedule.

It's not an excuse but most 1st team All-NBAers have coaches that don't run them into traps at halfcourt 3 games in a row. Most 1st-teamers have coaches that know how to use them in different ways other than as an isolation scorer and as a pick n roll ball-handler.

The few open looks Dame got this series, he shot a great percentage on them.

And he was passing the ball. I don't know what you were watching, but there was many times he was trapped and teammates weren't moving to come help him out, were underrunning or overrunning the passing window out of the trap, etc.

None of that matters if we play horrible and get swept in an embarrassing manner. I don't register this season even existed. A total waste.

Well then you have a choice, get back on the horse and ride, or find a new team, or hobby. There are some nice pieces in place on this team.

I was in a very sour mood yesterday.

Then I had someone lose their shit over me editing a personal insult.

Then they continued to lose their shit with me in PM so I banned them.

That made me feel much better.

Then I finished watching True Blood, never seen it before, not a bad show, but holy shit that ending sucked.

So I was a little irritated again.

But now I feel better because I'm going to divert @BonesJones arguing obsession from @KingSpeed to me.

Can't wait for his take on why the ending to True Blood was the greatest ever!

The only way we can get redemption is 82 games away. What we do in the regular season is irrelevant now. We have the playoff failure monkey on our back.

I wish that was true but BJ, Dame missed a lot of makeable shots, esp early in the series. 6/23 in game 1 set the tone. And as a leader, he should've stepped up and gotten more assists with all the defensive attention on him. His career playoff stats aren't great.

Well that's too bad. You have to admit all 49 wins made you happy. Think about the fun journey we went on before playoffs. Sweeping Thunder and Lakers. 13 game win streak. That stuff still happened.

None of that matters. Only playoffs. The only thing positive was Zach showing some potential.
