Anyone else outside of Dame, CJ, and Nurk can go, too - but these are the guys that HAVE to go. I won't be upset if Harkless and Vonleh are on the team next season, of if they're on another team.
I have no idea what will happen. They need to take stock of the front office and coaching staff before they decide on an any offseason action. It's obvious that wholesale changes

I'm all for pretty much bringing back only Dame/CJ/Nurk but there isn't anyone who I want off the team so badly i'd be willing to give up assets, that aren't 2nd rounders, to get them off the team. Its not like if we can get ride of Turner we suddenly have cap space ect. As for Stotts i'm not opposed to firing him but they better have had a coach lined up for awhile and not just doing it to fire him to fire him.
Sure to any of them (though I think Davis is fine, if this season was a fluke bad season). How many are trade-able? In my opinion, Davis and maybe Aminu. Neither opens up that much salary space (which is one reason both are trade-able).
Sort these guys out into 3 sections: Could Get Assets (like a late 1st), Could Give Away For Free, and Must Attach Assets Crabbe, Moe, MyLe, Aminu, Davis, ET Here's mine: Could Get Assets: Crabbe Harkless Could Give Away For Free: Aminu Davis Must Attach Assets: Turner Leonard So maybe we could send Leonard and Crabbe to Brooklyn, and Turner and Harkless to Sacramento, and give away Aminu and Davis. Wed have $40M in cap space afterwards.

Could Get (Very Minor) Assets Harkless Davis Could Give Away Free Aminu Must Attach Assets Crabbe Turner Leonard By very minor assets, I mean a second-rounder for Davis, maybe a late first or a pick-swap for Harkless.
There is one thing you seem to forget about. SAME team was rather good with Nurk in it. For all season long (even during his "bonus adventure") Harkless was hardly a goner. I would like some of them gone but what we can get back? Easy targets we can get rite now are Betula Pendula, Pinus Nigra and maybe Acer Palmatum. And I'm on the boat "if Miles Plumly gave back something so can Mayers". I think Turner is really awkward fit for this team and it's awkward for him too.
Some ppl may have but I haven't (or @ least I don't think I have; I've felt the following way for > a month). Everyone can go/be traded except Dame, Nurk, Vonleh, & Napier. I'd like to keep Turner, Moe, & Layman; everyone else & picks should be used to get what we need but IF we have to (I like CJ BUT I'd rather lose CJ vs any of these 3 guys bc IF we gave up CJ, that should get us who we want or @ least most of the way there & then what we add to the deal wouldn't have to b 1 of these 3) use any of these 3 guys I've just mentioned to get a deal done, so be it. My 1st choice has always been to bring in is Jimmy Butler (I've said this all season & beyond) & what we would have to give up to get him would be @ least CJ + whatever. Jimmy fits us! With Dame, Nurk, AND Jimmy... Damn! Jimmy fills in all the gaps we're missing, brings crazy versatility, strength, & heart @ that position(s) AND enhances our team in every way! Jimmy is a leader, he's NOT THE leader (he's proven this in Chi., this is why when he's the leader, they can't make it all the way); w/ us, Dame IS our leader & Jimmy can be the ultimate sidekick (though I'd really look @ him as being more of another leader that just defers to Dame most of the time & steps up/in to lead when necessary). 2nd choice would be Paul George (Jimmy is a better fit in every way for us vs. George AND Jimmy is less an injury risk vs. George); I'd only go after George IF we strike out on Jimmy, I think now is the time that Chi. would be most willing to trade Jimmy (w/ losing Rondo in the playoffs & how the team goes w/ just Jimmy & Wade or whatever out there; I'm gonna guess Jimmy is fed up w/ being the ONLY guy that can do anything out there, he joins us & his life/winning get a whole lot better!). George IMO, is the easier target to acquire especially after just getting swept by the Cavs.
