He doesn't focus on basketball, he tries to act harder than he plays, he uses drugs, not to mention that time he crashed his car while intoxicated and jacking off to porn.

 

I can;t see him being in the NBA to much longer, hes more of a distraction than anything..teams are starting to see that.

when will he do anything right? he was looking like a pretty nice player a few years ago when he came to minnesota. he was actually leading the league in 3 point percentage for a little while but then he just went down hill after that. what a shame

It's a shame Eddie Griffin is wasting his god given talent. He's athletic, can post up or shoot the mid range jump shot, he has range, he's a tremendous shot blocker. Griffin was solid in his first few seasons in the league, he put up respectable numbers then he couldn't seem to get it together after that.He's only 25 years old, he has yet to hit his prime. He still has a chance to get his act together and play to his potential. I don't think it's going to happen but I hope he gets it done.

Truth is, he had little range on his jumper. All he did was miss perimeter shots when I watched him and the numbers back it up...he shot pretty much 38% FG and 33% 3FG and would get outmuscled on defense...he was a hell of an athlete and shotblocker...just never worked on his game.
