    They buy a corner lot like this one up on NE 51st for around $350,000, knock it down

    HCP, I still owe you big time for:

    A: Turning me on to yellow curry. Can't get enough of it.
    B: Paying for my extra beers that I drank without realizing I didn't have any money left.
    C: Finally fixing that spring on the couch in Mrs. HCP's waiting room. It's much more comfortable waiting my turn without that damned thing poking me in the tuchas.
