Taking a bottle of Shiraz to the in laws for dinner and a pie.....they will have all the traditional fixings...the one time a year I see all the in laws at once....nice folks and always a good meal
I skin them Boil them Mash them Mix in cream and butter Blend them Add salt and pepper Add Vermont cheddar cheese Blend again So I guess technically it's once mashed, twice blended potatoes, but I call them thrice mashed
