Hargreaves imprisionment?

    Okay, so the papers have been saying that bayern will not let Hargraves go, now surely if the player wants to go he can? Just because his contracted doesnt mean he has to stay does he? I mean loads of players have been sold with years on ther contract! so surely if United make a good bid for him and Hargreaves says himself he wants to leave, they have to let him, don't they? >[​IMG]

    He is under contract, so he cannot leave until his contract his up, or with Munich's say-so.

    Bayern basically own him, and he is theirs until his contract expires.

    If he was to quit or walk-out then he could be taken to court and face legal prosecution.
