How can anybody have the slightest idea of how we are going to do over there? This is basically a brand new team. I know I got no idea. Gonna be a strange couple weeks.
A lot of teams on that list have lost players over this virus ...the Nets have a lot of guys passing on the tournament..Denver will miss players....I think we're in good shape considering ...Clippers are the toughest match there for us I think
I don't buy any of the strength of schecule talk. We could have the easiest or hardest schedule. Same can be said of the Pelicans. We dont know how much each team will be rusty, what players will be sick, what teams will reduce minutes for stars because they don't care about seeding, etc. The first 8 games of a season has lottery teams nearly undefeated and finals teams with losing records. The Clippers could try hard, play well and be the most difficult opponent. Or their seed could be locked, they hold out stars and don't try. Brooklyn could be playing a win or go home for the playoffs and be very difficult. Or they could have nothing to play for and give up.
I don't get the following weekday game times. They don't maximize TV ratings. A weekday game should start at about 6 or 7 pm in some time zone. Pacific Time: Friday July 31 vs. Memphis 1:00 PM Tuesday Aug. 11 at Dallas 2:00 PM
1. This is not OT! 2. Does anyone know if NBA league pass is doing a deal for these games? (They archive games, so that would be a way for people who miss the games to watch them later.)
I can’t watch recorded sports, I just have a weird thing where I will always find the result before it happens.
