Toronto's six game road trip against mostly good/great teams begins tonight in Chicago. Toronto will have a little less than a week off following tonight's game then head West for a back-to-back against the Clips and Nuggets on the 27/28th. On the 30th they head North to Portland. NYE in Vegas? Then Oakland on the 2nd and Phoenix on the 4th. Toronto has a 2.0 game lead over Washington and Atlanta in the East meaning a 3-3 trip would probably suffice. They are still without DeMar DeRozan who has been injured since late November.
I look forward to seeing the Raptors play the Bulls tonight. IMO both Toronto and Washington deserve to be in the conversation when it comes to teams coming out of the East.
Toronto just has to go .500 the rest of the season to finish with 49 wins. Seems more likely they'll be in the 53-56 range. Indiana won the East with 56 last season.
