$1275/mo. 3BR/1BA. Big yard. Pets okay. It's about 1000-1200 sq. ft. (depending if you count the utility room), so it is a small ranch style home. The home is near David Douglas High School in the Mill Park, Portland area. Message me if you want details.

Also includes seasonal yard work provided by owner.

So applicants #2 have also failed. Why does my house only attract felons, breakers, and people who can't pay rent? On second thought don't answer that question.

Interesting--that basically matches the details on my house. If it can rent for that much, I really need to consider renting mine out and upgrading...

Because you live in the DD SD. Only kidding.

Going through the same process right now. We have someone we are thinking of renting to that has a terrible credit score, but she has respectable/responsible employment and she insists her financial troubles are from a long divorce and custody battle. That's my only concern with the person we're currently dealing with (Finances aside, I have no doubts she'll otherwise be a good tenant). All her references check out (including with the property management company she's currently renting through). You have to take a leap of faith sometimes.....

Finally rented my house out. They move in May 1. Seems like good tenants. After having about $5,000 in repairs after the last bunch I didn't want to take any leaps of faith. On the other hand four months of no tenants wasn't exactly cheap.
