How do I watch KGW/playoff games if I live in Seattle? (Blacked out)

So... I moved to Seattle this past year for work (it sucks) and I'm able to catch games on CSN, TNT or ESPN, but I have no way to access the KGW games, which happens to typically be against some of the biggest teams in the league. NBA league pass blacks out all Blazer games and of course the local Seattle NBC network could care less about the Blazers.

Being unable to watch the Warriors game tonight, it dawned upon me that all the playoff games are aired on KGW, and if we make it in, I will have no way to watch unless they happen to simulcast on ESPN or TNT which most likely will only be a couple games.

Is there a legal way for me to watch these KGW games outside of Portland?

you can try a VPN. I know people in Seattle who does it. Just has to be done right, some companies can block those out (like Apple TV does)
