I expect Reese to be his usual conventional self. The old line...........BEST AVAILABLE
PLAYER. Never one to take a risk. Expect the Giants to stay at # 9.

    R 1 DE or DT
    R 2 RB
    R 3 S
    R 4 OLB
    R 5 CB
    R 6 WR
    R 7 OL

Picks based on what the Giants obtain through FA.

Almost every mock draft has them taking an OL in the 1st

Knowing Reese from past performances, he will pick D first.
(last year's pick was BPA...though he passed on 2 available OL )
Looks like he will again go O with FA.

Reese is an imbecile. He should try to get both Cleveland first rounders. However, at the least he should trade back to 13, get Cleveland's second round pick which should be easy to do. There is no way he's going DT in the first. Highly unlikely he's going DE. They need a future LT. Beatty has no ability to run block. I would love to see him trade Beatty. Doubt that would happen.

If the moron Reese finally understood the concept of trading back to acquire extra picks, then got that extra second. This is what I would do

13 - OT Flowers of Collins. One will be there.
40 - Would love for McKinney to be there. He won't most likely. Giants should take Perryman to be their ILB for years. They won't because they like tall, slow LB's who can't run down mobile QB's. They most likely will take Kendricks,Harold or Orchard.
43(Clevelands pick) - Best pass rushing DE possible
74 - If a guard they like falls I could see them taking a road grater since their running game sucks. I would also consider a top blocking TE with some hands here since they always want to run the ball.

Reese is too conservative. Creativity is not within his realm.

If he doesn't trade back in this draft, IMO, he ends up getting fired. I think he has to trade back to get at least one extra second rounder. I do not think this team makes the playoffs without a OT, LB and DE in the first 2 rounds.

It's early for any predictions. One thing for sure.........Giants
need extra early round picks. Isn't there anyone in the
Giant draft room who can persuade Reese that trading down
is the best way to fill their needs in the early rounds? Too bad
the senior Maras are not in that room.

Reese is so dumb he can't grasp that strategy. There isn't any OL at 9 that is much more of a lock than somebody they could get at 12 to 18. It's a perfect scenario to trade back and get an extra 2nd rounder. He won't. He's an imbecile.

The draft is very deep on DL's. Not on OL. So, the smart move is to go OL with the early pick, then pick up a DL in the second or third round. Remember, they found Strahan, Osi and Tuck in the 2nd, 2nd and third rounds. Moore was a third round pick and I still have high hopes for him.

I agree dump. Don't trust Reese's Best Player Available attitude.

I can't believe I'm saying this but consider what an embarrassment our safeties are and how there are none worth crap in FA other than 1, how bad this draft sucks for safties, Collins is a possibility. Giants could probably trade back to 12, maybe pick up a second from the Browns. If Collins goes, they could still go OL.

Giants promoting their own S Nat Berhe and other
S names linked to Giants but not signed: Rahim Moore,
Ron Parker, Darian Stewart.......Rolle signed with
    the Bears.....confirmed.

Really annoyed that Giants are not getting
a FA safety. Reese & Co. are twidling their
thumbs. With Rolle gone, what's left?

If they can't sign any safeties, that imbecile Reese better learn the concept of trading back to get more picks so he can draft some in numbers and hope to hit on a few.

Murray to the Eagles makes no sense to me. Murray likes to run inside and the Eagles offensive line sucks compared to the Cowboys. I don't see Murray doing much there. The passing attack of the Eagles and Cowboys shouldn't be a huge concern. Witten just keeps getting older. Our corners are good when they actually play and aren't injured. Safety is a problem. They should be attractive FA safety because there is basically no competition at that spot here.

I am convinced that what NY teams lack is
    toughness. Giants should concentrate
on OT Brandon Scherff or DT Danny Shelton.
None of these fancy, prancy players.......
    they just don't win.

Only the Giants can enter the draft with 2 safeties on the roster of which neither has started a game. When will ownership wake up and fire this assclown Reese? He's a moron.

Reese is letting everybody know he will not trade down. HE NEEDS TO GO!
The only way this team will get good talent is to get extra high draft picks.
He's a fool. He does not understand how to get the best out of a draft.
I am tired of his BPA attitude and his 'reaches'......in the early rounds.

How long does this team go without LB talent?
How long will Eli be standing without OL protection?

Three years out of the playoffs. At this rate the Giants will have
to overturn their roster......again. And Reese still resides as
    team's GM. WHY?

Where did you hear that? I've heard both he's open to the idea & to expect the unexpected...

Hammer, just hope someone finally got him to understand he can
solve several weaknesses with the Giants dropping down in the draft.
