    You might want to recruit from the ESPN boards, but make sure you filter through for the few good posters on there.

    What's the best way to recruit good posters from other message boards? Should i PM the good posters?

    You have to be careful when on other sites as mostly they don't like new users PMing their posters. It's tough to get people to come post at a board but you need to just keep on advertising anywhere possible
