How do you Eagles fans feel about Ike Reese leaving the Eagles and joining the Falcons for 2005? Just curious on your opinions of him and how he plays. I think it was a good pickup for the Falcons IMO, so I'm happy with it.
I just realized I may never get a response to this from the Eagles fans because they seem to have vanished. Nflfan if you're around maybe you can comment. Other fans can comment too if you got a comment about Reese.
From a Ravens fans, I'd say he's an okay players. But if I were to pretend to be an Eagles fan, I'd say he suck.
He's great on special teams and a good locker room presence. As a starting MLB, I'm not so sure about that
I heard hes a good locker room presence as well so thats good. Looks like hes going to be a starting LB though, not special teams like usual. I'm not sure how this is going to play out but he better be decent atleast. I'm really not familiar with his play though so thanks for the input.
Thats what I'm afraid of, hes a special teams guy whos going to probably get the chance to start at LB, and yet hes special teams or backup material. Plus I keep hearing he isnt much of an impact player, I dont know he better prove some people wrong or I wont be too happy with his signing.

I know this is going to start a whole thing. I think the eagles fans would have a completely different tune if ike were a falcon signing with eagles, i would hear how great he is and how much better eagles were for signing him.
I have to admit, BF1 does make a good point. Reese had to be one of the greatest LBs ever until he left the Eagles, and joined the rival Falcons.
I know for a fact Phillyfan wrote several things saying how great Ike reese was and how he was their most valuable ST players.
