We just bought a house for my father in law in sw Washington. What will he need in order to watch all of the Blazer games on tv?

I would say a Root tv service hookup and probably an NBA league pass for TNT or ESPN games.

I believe Comcast and direct TV as the 2 cable options. Fubo has it, but does not have Turner stations, not that that will matter much this season. Saw some ads recently for Evoca TV, but haven't looked in to it too much yet

Depends on the location in sw washington. If they have access to comcast, they should be set. if not, talk them into the dtv streaming for direct tv. No dish required. Just good internet.

Really depends if the house is within the comcast grid or not.

Great, so getting him Comcast will allow him to watch all the blazer games. Right?

I used Fubo once i moved back to Vancouver. It works well, but isn't cheap like Sling. But Slings is a waste for Blazers games, no access.

Spectrum carries it but you have to pick up their sports package along with the regular line up as far as I know.
And I wouldn't wish Spectrum on anybody. Well, most anybody.

If you're not too worried about money then the easiest way for him to stream all of the Blazers games is DirecTV Stream. If you get him the sports package he'll get all of the Root Sports games, all of the NBATV games, and the few games we have on ESPN and TNT. He also won't have to remember which streaming service has which games.

This is what i have and i wasn't happy at first, but their stability has improved and we are happy so far. Largely it depends on the quality(upload/download speeds) of the internet you have.

Unfortunately Comcast is the best option.

This is a new option for streaming, but it doesn’t look like it’s available in Washington yet.
