After bodybuilding for 8 years, I felt I needed to change my routines now that Im getting older. I wanted to keep on as much hard earned muscle as I could, but have more of a beach body than bodybuilding one... Well, Shaun T.'s insanity was the ticket. Two weeks, 13% BF, and working my way to the single digits! If you think your in shape, wait till you try this!!!!

I saw the infomercial for this the other day and it looks intense. Some reason it looks like a gimmick to me, and it look like it required extra stuff....care to clarify?

They say it doesn't need a gym or equipment. Just your body.

So, if you're skinny, would this help you put on pure muscle?

I think P90X would probably be better if your looking to build some muscle since it uses weights and other things. But if your into sports such as MMA, basketball, or whatever requires solid endurance, INSANITY trumps P90X hands down. I've never worked so hard in my life. You'll see fitness instructors quit in these series of videos.
