    - The Jacksonville Jaguars are expected to hire Greg Olson as the team's offensive coordinator on Wednesday, according to two league sources.

Olson spent the past two seasons as the offensive coordinator with the Oakland Raiders after a one-year stint as the assistant head coach/quarterbacks coach in Jacksonville under then-coach Mike Mularkey.

The Raiders had the NFL's 32nd-ranked offense - 32nd in rushing, 26th in passing - this past season, but rookie quarterback Derek Carr threw for 3,270 yards with 21 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. Oakland ranked 23rd in total offense in 2013.
