    Pete Prisco's Grade: D
"Why? I like the player, hate the position. You don't take running backs this high."

The Jaguars already have T.J. Yeldon and Chris Ivory, but Fournette could really take the pressure off Blake Bortles and could step in and produce big numbers early. People will suggest that Fournette was drafted high because of the success the Dallas Cowboys had with Ezekiel Elliott, but make no mistake: Fournette has been an NFL-worthy prospect since he was a teenager, and his 2015 season was absolutely sublime, with Fournette gashing defenses for 1,953 yards on 6.5 yards per carry. He "only" rushed for 843 yards in 2016 but still averaged 6.5 yards per carry. He is a monster in a power rushing attack.

at first I said to myself a D? I forgot they have T.J. Yeldon there already and Chris Ivory so yes. I agree they could have done a better job with this pick.
