Joel Embiid is out indefinitely with swelling in his knee and will undergo an MRI. Embiid has been out most recently with a knee issue, but he missed the first two seasons of his NBA career due to multiple foot surgeries. Embiid has missed 13 consecutive games and 16 out of 17 after suffering a bone bruise Jan. 20. An MRI exam revealed that he also has a slightly torn meniscus.
