Would "love" to see a union for fighters to protect them when their career is over, especially. Kos is the kind of high-profile company man that could make a change. Not quite on the Rich Franklin level but high up enough that people will take him seriously. More so than Jamie Varner or Wandy.
Should note that Helwani pressed him on the issue saying that a leader was needed but Koscheck basically said he didn't want to be that guy. Nobody does, yet.
