Nearly three months after the Erie County (N.Y.) District Attorney announced charges would not be filed against Blackhawks star Patrick Kane, the NHL has not closed the book on its own investigation on the sexual assault allegations levied against him. "It remains ongoing," NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly said Saturday. Daly did not elaborate much, but told the Chicago Tribune: "We have to satisfy ourselves with the facts." Kane, 27, remains eligible for discipline by the NHL for "conduct detrimental to or against the welfare of the League or the game hockey," including a suspension or fine, even though the District Attorney said he would not be charged. - See more at: http://www.tsn.ca/talent/kane-remains-under-nhl-investigation-1.431056
