Kobe needs to just keep doing what he's been doing. Lay back while the other guys are playing well and the Lakers are comfortably in the lead. Be more aggressive as the game becomes closer or the Lakers are trailing. If its a close game in the 4th quarter, unleash the beast.
Such a strategy will naturally mean he takes more shots and scores more points in the more difficult to win games.
It doesn't mean that Kobe should consciously allow a teammate to score more than him, or avoid hitting 30 points. That would be silly.
