Yes, this is a mildly infamous local multiple-repeat offender and lucky recipient of the current DA's very unpopular catch and release program.

 

Here's the thing about judging anyone because of the place they reside: It is ignorant.

I understand the joke that is being made, but I also disagree with what people often insinuate in this forum.

I have lived in; a few Portland neighborhoods, Salem and other surrounding suburban areas, Albany, La Pine, and Florida. Lumping people in with others because of their location doesn't make sense to me.

Hey, hey, don't be so hard on yourself. Lots of people spray a cripple with pepper spray, take away that person's artificial leg and threaten to set them on fire. Happens every day, Common occurrence here in Lake Oswego.
