Under terms of the NBA's new collective bargaining agreement, Bynum will be guaranteed two years and about $3.9 million. The Lakers will hold options on the third and fourth years of Bynum's contract. Bynum, a 17-year-old center who was drafted out of St. Joseph High in Metuchen, N.J., will debut at the Summer Pro League on Friday in Long Beach. The Lakers' payroll for next season now stands at more than $66 million, with decisions still to come on bringing back Vlade Divac, re-signing Luke Walton and spending all of part of their mid-level exception on free agents.</div> Source
That"s good... hopefully he can help the lakers.. because the lakers really need a good active big man to make the playoffs again
I dont know. I wouldnt dismiss it just yet. A 17 year old Center is alot different than a season vet like K.G. Im still dreaming for him to come to LA for Odom, Butler and Grant!
