Since LeBron wants to play with Dame, would you trade Simons/Sharpe to bring him here? It would add to his legacy to bring championships to 4 different teams.

It would obviously take a lot more than that but I would love to see Dame play with LeBron on our team.

No. I wouldn't give the L*kers Sharpe/Simons and watch them blow up for the next 10 years.

LeBron is old anyway. He's putting up great stats, but not winning. He'll shut it down early too.

He’s winning about as much as Dame is.

    LeBron is toxic.

LeBron, when he can't win, he gives up and moves to a new situation. He has that franchise give up their future to win now, then goes to greener pastures.

That's been his M.O. his whole career. Couldn't win in Cleavland, moves to Miami to form a superteam. Then that team stopped winning, so he moved to Cleavland which got Kyrie since they sucked so bad and added Kevin Love. Then he ditched that team again, and joined the L*kers knowing they would get AD to force his way there. And the going gets tough, and he probably wants out again?

He's chasing Kareem's record. After he breaks it and its too hard to get to the play-in or looks like they can't compete for a ring, he'll shut it down.

"winning about as much as Dame is"? That's a total joke.

You can't make that team happen and match the salaries necessary to bring LeBron over in a trade. Nurk doesn't fit with what Chauncey wants to do but if you want to keep him you'd have to put Hart in the trade or something.

Also, I don't think LeBron can be traded because I think like Dame he signed a supermax extension in the summer. Both fanspo and ESPN have a date after the deadline as the earliest he can be traded.

Toxic? Every team he goes to wins a championship within two seasons. He’s the opposite of toxic.

He didn't win in Cleavland the first time around. He had to be gifted Kyrie Irvine and Love to win it all on the 2nd time around.

He forms superteams. He's 38 years old, if things start going south on a team it will be messy. He leaves his teammates early in the game when he's pissed off. He goes around and plays the blame game. He has no accountability for himself, which is totally unlike Dame.

LeBron toxically leading teams to 5 championships. The takes on LeBron in here are a real joke sometimes. The dude is either the greatest or second greatest of all time and one of the things that makes him so great is his amazing leadership. Kyrie's in the news a lot today, has any teammate ever gotten close to as much out of Kyrie as this guy you call toxic?

Just because a basketball player doesn't devote his life to a team does not make him toxic. These teams for the most part don't give a shit about the players and move them around like pawns but people expect players to stay put. It's great that Dame does but it's OK for other guys to have different values.

He took the worst team in the NBA to the NBA Finals in his 4th season with Boobie Gibson as his second best player. Then went to Miami immediately went to Finals and won a title second season there and then again. Then he went to Cleveland immediately went to Finals and won title second season there. Then went to Lakers won title second season there.

    LeBron has 4 rings.

Playing frogger from team to team to form superteams.

If he stayed with one team, he'd probably have 0 rings.

    1. Didn't win the ring in Cleavland. The NBA Finals in what was called the "Leastern Conference" for years isn't that impressive. His Finals record reflects his easy path to the NBA Finals.

    2. Yes, formed a superteam in Miami. Expected to win multiple rings with that talent. Game on easy level, only winning two was a failure since he promised way more.

    3. By leaving Cleveland, they were so bad they got Kyrie Irving and cleared cap space to get a squad and won a ring there. Then LeBron went back "home" to capitalize on that again.

    4. Bubble ring doesn't count. 4 months rest for AD allowed them to win the Mickey Mouse ring.

LeBron's focus after he breaks the scoring record is to stay healthy enough so he can play with his son. That's his focus. Sure, if he can form a superteam and automatically win a ring without going through the pains of building a team from scratch, then he'd do it. But playing with Bronny is his focus after Kareem's record.

LeBron isn't eligible to be traded until the summer since he signed an extension later in the off-season.

False. You had the peak Pistons still. And the Heat were the defending champs. What LeBron did that year was incredible. Game 5 at Detroit is probably the most impressive performance I’ve ever witnessed. No one else could’ve won 3 playoff series with Pavlovic and Gibson. And he was only 22 years old!!!! Can’t blame him for wanting to play with Wade while Pierce had KG and Allen to suit up with. Cards were stacked against him so he turned the tables.
