A dominating game. 2 G, 1 A. He can dominate games but there are still stretches where he doesn't drive the net. Drive the freakin net. He's unstoppable when he does that.

That line should be a beast every single game. With Nash and Kreider on the wings, size and speed, that line should be unstoppable really.

And just like that Rangers down 2-0......So freaking typical. They have a great weekend and then come out and lay an early egg vs Phx. The Coyotes are playing good hockey but this is just so freaking predictable. They always seem to lose games like this.

Hopefully they can turn it around. Phx blows a lot of leads

Losing to simply a better team..plus they never win when they have ceremonies. This is a bad matchup for them, the leaky D is being exposed again.

The Coyotes are not really better. I live on the west coast and watch a lot of their games. But with the way the weekend went and with the Flyers coming to the Garden Wed I knew they would be flat. Its what they do

You nailed it Dis. Simply put until this team can put these type of no show shitty games behind them it will always be difficult to truly believe in them. You totally called it Dis. They didn't even f'ing show up. Battling for huge points for playoff position and to lock in a spot, and we don't even show up. Typical stuff.

I think they are..if they were in the east theyd have more points than the Rangers. Theyre better built top to bottom plus Smith is above avg

Gutless 1st period. Horrible PP. SC is right about the ceremony thing, they never play well on those nights and rarely win.

We have all seen this movie before. Its the same reason this team every year struggles to get in the playoffs and then even when they do as a 1 seed goes 7 games vs every team. They were feeling great about themselves after the weekend. Big win over a rival sandwiched around a HUGE game with another rival. So what do they do, not show up. We have seen this a million times the past 20 years

Phoenix has blown a lot of 2-0 leads. They can still win this game but Smith is very hot right now going to be tough

I don't think it really mattered who the Rangers played tonight. If this was Buffalo or Florida the result would be the same

They arent catching Philly, especially if they pick up another 2pts tonight. Lets hope we can even squeak a point out of this one.

This is very typical of an AV coached team. When the pressure to win is on, they fold.

If they dont drop any points to them tonight maybe, but with games in hand it will be tough either way

Yeah. I am really hoping the Kings win tonight. But no showing vs Phx certainly doesn't help them

Long way to go. Coming back to win will do a lot for their confidence going forward. To get started, all they need to do is stick one in the back of the net

MUCH better period obviously, but that 3rd Phoenix goal was a killer, and wipes away a lot of the good we did. Kreider has to hit the net there. Great hustle, and then bad luck, to get back, but cannot miss the net on that shot.

This is why no showing to start the game is a killer. One mistake and it can be the game.

Let's see what we can do in the 3rd. Get the next goal and the mo is back with us.

They need to be much better at home. Too many games they come out flat at MSG.
