Dame will get ring. And when he does, it’s going to mean that much more doing it with grace, effort and heart. Dude wins.
He will the ring as a Blazer. I wouldn’t hold it against him either but Dame inspires winning and is inspired by his teammates and his close relationships. Part of Dame winning will be winning with his crew. Keep surrounding Dame with players he wants to win with, then let Dame win.
the real deal...I'm not wasting one opportunity to cheer for this man...he's worth the price of admission....nobody is going to suck the joy out of a season for me....it's just too special with this guy...he's got that thing Ali had...just a calm, confident maturity beyond his years.
Thanks for posting the link! I live in central Mexico and I’m fortunate to have my NBA League Pass but miss out on post-game (really miss Shaq / Kenny / Barkley and Ernie
Sometimes I read the fact check on CNN.com (not trying to get political) but they have a response that isn't true and isn't fault but is "somewhat misleading". I love Dame and his passion for his team but we do have issues on offense when he gets blitzed and when things stagnate and go iso only; so while we have great offensive numbers this is somewhat misleading. Then there is the idea that after seasons of being mediocre to downright terrible on defense we will somehow put it together by playing Melo, Enes and CJ a lot. Sure Nurk will help but putting it together is much easier said than done; so while he's right that if we put it together on defense we will be really good the likelihood of that happening is much lower than he is representing. All of that said, what a fucking interview. I vote for Dame for MVP, Dame for the Nobel Prize and Dame for president of everything. The guy is everything you want in a player and if he had the slightest bit of accountability coming down from above him (coaching and management) he would be perfect and I think a multiple time MVP and champion.
