So fucking sad. Took my son to see them three times. One of his favorite bands. Their live shows were really good, very tight. I think our favorite was seeing them at The Gorge Amphitheater with AFI and 30 Seconds to Mars opening for them.

Is it me or do musicians kill themselves more than actors or athletes?

I was backstage one time and he came off stage all sorts of pissed off about the monitors, he had a towel in his hand for wiping off his sweat and went to throw it, but you know how when you try to throw something all pissed off and it doesn't work? It like whipped around his arm and totally exploded into this chicks face as she was drinking from a cup and just totally destroyed her whole shit. He didn't apologize or anything he got like even more angry and stormed off. It was hilarious.

They're "haunted" by their creative artistry....

Actually they're just mentally weak posers. I can find billions of people in this world who have more of a reason to off themselves than these musicians/comedians/actors.....etc.

That drug addicted guy holding a sign off the side of the highway probably offs themselves at less of a clip than them.

It's not necessarily about "reason" more than it is about mental health. Money/fame obviously don't shield people from mental health problems, or they'd be the happiest people on the planet. It's chemical, not material.

Too many dopamine receptors fried from the massive amounts of blow. That's self induced.
