How many of you would consider this a good season if regardless of our final record, We rid ourselves of Arod. For me, its a trade I would be glad to live with. What do you all think?

I'd prefer it if it was a suspension w/o pay so we can get those monies off the books so we can pick up some qualities players. Preferably one's that are not near AARP age.

that would be ok, but it would be EVEN better if it was a lifetime ban without pay...

The guy was never a team player. I was getting fed up with his antics
on and off the field. The less I see of him in Yankee pinstripes,
the better............for me and eventually for the team.
    Hopefully, he's gone for good.

Hey cagedlion welcome to the board. I agree with you completely. He is a circus without a tent.

The sad part is that Arod never needed the drugs.

We don't know that, chances are he was taking something from day one.

But I doubt I'd be happy just to have the Arod thing behind us, I want them to compete and try to win the division.

Yes, it's impossible to know when he started. That being said I believe what many have said about these drugs. Below average players become average, above average players become super stars, super stars become great and great players become hall of famers.
