Shooting was apparantly college night party for Pepperdine which usually means a frat/sorority event where they get bussed to a bar.
Seeing its multiple schools so its a biggish event. I wonder if this is a case of an incel snapping again. Knew the event was going on with all the cool people and the incel rage took over.

Shooter served in the marine corps. Suffered from ptsd. Used a gun bought legally and used an extended clip acquired illegally.
The sheriff during the latest press conference stated officers were dispatched to his house in April because he was expericing mental health issues. That he was in the marine corps and it is thought he suffered from PTSD.
