    Per the latest.

    McGregor has failed to defend either of the belts he won in 2015 (FW) and 2016 (LW). He's already been stripped of the featherweight belt with Max Holloway promoted to full champion.

    Ferguson/Nurmagomedov is a fight that has been planned for years but always falls through: first in December of 2015 (Khabib was injured and withdrew), then in April of 2016 (this time Tony withdrew), and again in March of 2017 (Khabib failed to cut weight and was taken to hospital).

    Dana says this fight will be for the full title so I'm not sure if Ferguson is promoted or how they will go about the transition.

    So pretty much the UFC leaked that Conor may get stripped of the title to see if that would scare Conor into coming back. When McGregor didn't blink they was pretty much left with no choice but to strip him of the title.

    Sounds like how they like to manipulate their fighters.

    Wouldn't put it past them to scrap this fight if Conor suddenly got a bee in his bonnet as well.

    If Conor doesn’t agree to a fight contract by the date of this fight; Conor will be stripped.

    Sounds to me like the UFC is using its last ditch scare tactics.

    I have a theory they’re gonna premiere Zuffa boxing in June or July with Conor/Nate III as a boxing match. Then Conor will turn around and defend at the end of the year.

    And Dana lost out on another potential cash cow tonight in Ngannou...thoroughly dominated by Stipe. Looks like he's gonna have to wait on marketing that monster of a man and hope he can find a good dietician, camp, trainer, gas tank, and ground game.

    DFW bred this monster McGregor and now he's losing control of it. He's held up the LW division long enough. Either strip him or announce a fight. Not that hard...At the same time; I agree with McGregor's POV that he should be paid what he's deserved. DFW should have never let him box if he wasn't ready to drastically increase his MMA pay.
