What do you think about MLB's plan to get the season started? Begin all games across facilities in Arizona with numerous doubleheaders and consecutive games. This would make up for games already missed. No crowds of course. I'm all for getting baseball started but wonder how hard this would be on the players. Especially since not all games would be played indoors and the temperatures there will start rising.
The nights in Arizona have been colder than a witches tit. Honestly I have come to no conclusion and I hope MLB does not either. I think I'd rather wait a month++ and watch games being played where they should be.
No, I'd rather not see Yankee players wearing pinstripes playing in a reality show atmosphere in Arizona instead of Yankee Stadium.
They should have a start. If the will of God allows this shit storm to stop in a month then your prediction may happen. What if this does not stop until the end of the year. Expect the unexpected.
I've got a bad-gut feeling, like a MD-20/20 rot-gut feeling, we just might see Arizona and F-L-A MLB. I hope not, even if it takes until July to open the doors of the hallowed halls, in lieu of the chainlink gates of Spring-ball. .... No All-Star Game, that's ok with me. 3 months of play in MLB Stadiums, (july-sept/oct), would be better imo, than 4 or 5 mos in Bumfk Arizona. I could even see games being played with empty stadiums, maybe, if that's what it takes. I've also got a bad-sour-gut feeling, this SARS-Cov-2, is far from over. After all, until there's a fix, a vaccine and other means, if one's not been exposed, then what....?
