It’s the first time I saw a little urgency and heart from the vets all year. Miller is going to be the first guy to go as he will have the biggest return because he is still young. Edstrom is going to be a fantastic fourth line player for a long time, he’s going to be our next Boyle. I hope he works on faceoffs pretty soon. Carrick is a ton better than I thought and I never watched him play. I just figured he was another retread. Othmann with his physicality is going to factor into this team real soon. I figure he will replace Smith next year. Sykora will replace Vesey next year. Miller will be perhaps the only one to get traded if they can’t dump Zibanejad.
What was the big hold up after the last goal.. Btw..we got dominated again..disappointing a win is a win though
It will be interesting to see if Perreault makes the team next year and who he replaces. Is it that far fetched to think he could be in the top six right away?
Happy Birthday Mel! Thankfully Mika didn't high stick himself and Kakko didn't flub the shot. I like Berard but the physicality may catch up to him, team showed a little backbone today.
Perreault will not make the team next year. He needs at least one year in the Ahl and he needs to get up to about 185 pounds of muscle.
